|decided to leave the Circuit<br>in 2022. The Circuit Board|

|at their Circuit meeting<br>in March 2021 to initiate the|
|process oftheir replacement.<br>The consultation<br>period|
|was initiated<br>in July 2021 to decide whether to replace|
|with one minister,<br>two ministers<br>or one minister<br>and a|
|deacon. Final decision to be presented<br>to the next|
|Circuit meeting<br>in September 2021.|
|Resources. The Circuit received a grant ofR6,471|
|from Action Together to distribute<br>to the Circuit|
|Churches to help them with the costs of reopening|
|their premised<br>after the Covid shutdown.<br>A levy of|
|828,290 originally<br>taken Connection<br>from the proceeds|
|ofthe sale ofJarvis Street Methodist<br>Church was|
|returned<br>to the Circuit to help with the casts of|
