The Charity's activities in 2024 were exclusively to make grants to Butoke, a non-govemmental organisation in the Democratic Republic of the Congo I"DRC")- Summary of the main achievement5 of the charity duriiig the year 2. Butoke operates in the Western Kasai region of the DRC. The Westem Kasai lacks infrastructure- melalled roads are few and far between and state run educational and health facilities are of poor quality andlor not accessible to those living in poverty. 3. Butoke has a particular interest in the rights of women and girls who are ofien marginalised by society and treated as having fewer rights than men and boys. 4_ Against this backdrop the main achievements of the Charity thi$ year have been lo part fund educational and health facilities which are accessible to even the poorest residents of the area in which Butoke operates and also to part fund a project to assist the vi¢tim5 of rape - the 'Elsa Corp Justice Project" 5. I report to the trustees on my examination of the financial statements of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31[st] December 2024.

As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

Independent examiner's statement

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s financial statements carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
