**Objects:** 1) TO PROVIDE FOR THE CARE AND EDUCATION FOR CHILDREN IN BANGLADESH WHO ARE EITHER ORPHANED OR WHOSE PARENTS DO NOT HAVE THE MEANS TO LOOK AFTER THEM.2) TO ADVANCE IN LIFE AND RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE IN BANGLADESH IN PARTICULAR BY PROVIDING SUPPORT FOR THEIR EDUCATION, INSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT.IT IS INTENDED THAT THESE OBJECTS SHALL BE SUPPORTED BY THE CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF AN ORPHANAGE IN BANGLADESH FOR CHILDREN WHO ARE HOMELESS.

**Activities:** charity dinner and sports events to raise funds for main project to build an orphanage.Raising funds to provide immediate help for poor by building water pumps to provide clean water and blankets to keep warm through the winter. providing  families with means of self sustanance such as a Rikshaw. providing wheelchairs for the disabled and arranging for cataract test for children.
