To create a thriving and sustainable community for the benefit of all who live, work and study in the area. The aims are to:i) Facilitate the creation of a strong and vibrant communityii) Encourage a low carbon lifestyle amongst residentsiii) Promote and support training, education & economic development activityiv) Own, maintain and effectively manage endowed community land and buildings

Objects: 3.1 To Further Or Benefit The Residents Of North East Chichester And Thesurrounding Area, Without Distinction Of Sex, Sexual Orientation, Race Or Ofpolitical, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating Together The Said Residentsand The Local Authorities, Voluntary And Other Organisations In A Common Effortto Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Social Welfarefor Recreation Leisure Time Occupation With The Objective Of Improving Theconditions Of Life For The Residents.in Furtherance Of These Objects But Not Otherwise, The Trustees Shall Have Thepower To Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of A Community Centre And Tomaintain Or Manage Or Co-Operate With Any Statutory Authority In Themaintenance And Management Of Such A Centre For Activities Promoted By Thecharity In Furtherance Of The Above Objects.3.2 The Promotion Of Art For The Public Benefit By Establishing And Maintainingaffordable Studio Space For Artists In Necessitous Circumstances Upon Termsappropriate To Their Means.3.3 The Relief Of Unemployment For The Public Benefit In Particular By The Provisionof Training Or By Providing Workspace, Buildings Or Land.3.4 The Promotion Of The Conservation, Protection And Improvement Of Thephysical And Natural Environment For The Public Benefit By Raising Awarenessof And Encouraging Practical Steps To Reduce Levels Of Atmospheric Carbondioxide.
