Achlevements and perfomiance
PCF was still beiThJ impacted by tho thcts of Co#id onty 3 groups felt it was safe to meet in the community
entre and adhere to the social distanciro rules. These were the SewC1￿ Sffi4ryro Gr¢XJP. Portobello Craft &
Camera Group and the Knitb'ro and Crc¢heting Grolp. StroTrJ TOKW Christian Grtyjp, Kung Fu retumed in July
and a new AA group stsrted usirg the Centre in AWL Tha Y(xth Grw. fvlerrie CFty Siws and F￿slon
relumed in Semember.
Our biggest actmevemenl for yearwas to apply for furthg from the Nat￿￿￿ Lotteryand Heritage Lottery
Fund with the help of Edgelands Arts and Jo Jor￿. We were S[￿￿$fUl our bmls. We held a
Centenary Garden Party in man￿ Park in A￿ust to C￿ebrate 1￿ yEats sirKe Port￿￿10 Estate was twill.
It was an amazing day, ￿th lots ofsts115 run by P¢xtobdlo Community Grwps. We &nployed Ic￿1 artists so
there was a full programme of actsvitses for the day. We hir&J a dimbing to4bEr. face painters. balloon artists.
Du8 to the funding all the acfvities were free and the park vrds fuil of knzl residents fhrougkKrtrt day.
We were aLso sttcessful ￿] our Heritage Lcthry b*J Wd$ to create slk to Commem￿ 100 years.
These We￿ destgned by Edgel8nds Arts and painted ty kK81 re￿ents. Further work is to be undartaken in th8
next financial year to cc¥mplete this pr(4ecL
