Objaclives, StructurBJ governance and managèment Management Structure Governed by the Strings of Life ISOLI'S conslilulion, the Management Committee (MCI, which is the dwsion making and executive authority, was elected by thg membws at the Annual General Meeting IAGM) on 10th May 2019. AJI MC members were initially appointed for a 12-nK)nth term as usual, but their tern￿ were extended due lo the COVID-19 pandemic. resulting in postponement ofthe 2020 and 2021 AGMS. In 31lh May 2021, the managefnent committee decided to appoint a provisional management committee to manage the ministries until the next AGM. The duties were officially handover on 6th June 2021. The decisions of provisional management committee were recorded by meeting minutes and approved by trustee board on March 2022. Music Worshiping and Youth Training Ministries etc. In 2010, the Leeds Sunday Worship Ministry of SOL evolved to become the Leeds Chinese Gospel Church {LCGC), providing weekly Sunday Servir*s to the Christians In Yorkshire.

Strings of Life Christian Ministry Achievements and Performance In 2021-2022, many Hong Kong people immigrate to United Kingdom through BNO visa. Strings of Life organised several webinars to cater the needs of the Hong Kong community in Yorkshire area. The webinars provided the infomiation on education, healthcar8, employment. tax system and accommodation. Beside webinars, Strings of Life managed several social media platfomis to provide support to the Hong Kong community. These events help8d several hundred people to integrate into the local community. Despite the spreading of COVID-19 pandemic in 2021, Leeds Chinese Gospel Church of Strings of Life continued to provide Sunday services by online platfomis. Worship and sermns are conducted by video recording. The online services have more than a hundred viewers per week. In July 2021. Leeds Chinese Gospel Church resume the physical Sunday services. From July 2021 to January 2022, the number of participants increased from 80 to around 300. The Sunday services increased from one session to four sessions, including children ministy and youth ministry. In July 2021, strings of Life employed one full-time pastor and one part-time pastor from July 2021 to cater the expansion of the Leeds Chinese Gospel Church. Leeds Chinese Gospel Church equipped the Chinese-speaking Christians by small groups. There are seven small groups in the end of 2021. The small groups are divided by age and geographic background. The small groups included students, young professionals, family and elders. The geographic area covered Leeds, Wakefield. Harrogate and York. During the small group. the participants are equipped by teaching of bible, games and sharing. These activities helped them to establish their spiritual lives and building relationships to among the community. In order to equip and develop believers, gifts, several workshops were conducted, including ￿11 groups leaders training, worship team training and youth leader training. Most participants committed their time and gifts to serve the church.

More retreat or conferences will be organised and participated in the future wlth the release of COVID-19 restriction. SOL has been planning to recwlt more fvll-tlm8 andlor part-time pastor(s) to enable us to meet the slgnlficant increase in demands from our LCGC Ministry (Sunday SeNices. Adult Fellowship. Youth and Children Bible Schools) and the New Immigrant Support Mlnlslry. We will also be making plan to identify a new venue, with a bigger ￿paCIty, to hold our fa￿-tO-fa￿ meetings and develop into a community church.
