Leatjership Team {CLTI afe considered as Key Management Personnel. The Superintendent chairs
meetsngs of the CLT. Circuit Meetings. The members of the Circuf( Meeting are Ihe Irus¢ees of Ihe
Circuit. The slipends. employerfs NIC and employer's pension contrth￿l[￿S. and other expenses of the
Presbyters of the Circuit, are paid by the C*cuit.
The manses are provided by the Circuit and Circurt maintains the wo¢*ties The values of the council
tsx and water charges paid by the Circuit are thsdosed here as HMRC does not regard this as a
benefrt in kind in the hands of the ministw.
Each Presbyter is entitled to a 3 month sabbatical every 7 years and the expenses in￿rred by the
Presbyter are mel by the Comexion wilh the Circuf( continuing to pay the sl¥)end. The Circuil does not
crue for holhlay pay cover as the remaining staff cover the holidays as neethd and withoul extra pay.

The mTrnistws of the Circurt undertake the primary executive roles wrthin Circuit. Apart frcrfn the 4
ministers, and Circuit Administrator (currenty a trustee) no member of the Cwcurt Meeting or CLT was in
receipt of any paymenl for wryk undertaken on behalf of the C*cuit. One tmstee. Mrs C. Smith. is an
empbyee of the Circuit and is in receipt of a salary WKI other efflpkjyment related expense5. The travel
costs of ministers who attended CLT and Circuit Meetings is H)cluded wihin their overall travel expenses
(dètailed in note 11) and is not sepwalely detemiin&Y.
