The Charity's objectives are to advance the education,
health and wellbeing of 700 plus vulnerable children and
orphans who attend Brainhouse Academy in Mathare
North slum, Kenya. The charity supports the basic rights
of a child; to be cared for, to have a safe place to live, to
have food and clean water to drink, to be protected from
harm and to be

ensure the dlgnity and opportunity of the young people who attend our
school through education, feeding and health programmes and developing
opportunities for the school to raise funds to support themselves.
We seek to ensure that all young people who attend Brainhouse Academy
are afforded the basic rights all young people in the world should receive.

Position social relationships
26 volunteers went out to Kenya in July to support the recovery
prograinrriè at the school from the floods, this included creating new
dormitories for the students, helping the students and teachers over come
the emotional challenges of the floods and restoring classrooms.
The volunteer trips are self-funding including the flights and
accommodation.

Our activity is supported by volunteers who undertake activities in Kenya to
support our programme of support for the school. This year 26 volunteers
spent two weeks at Brainhouse providing supporting following devasting
floods which destroyed part of the school.

Held fundraising events in the UK, which included an off road cycling
sponsorship, a Bollywood Ball in Sheffield, a Mad Hatters tea party in
Solihull and several fundraising events at schools in Birmingham.
Provided clinlcal psychological support and care to both teachers and
students to help them overcome the trauma of coping with and surviving
the floods.
Volunteers provided physical support in creating new dormitories for the
students, restoring beds and equipment.
Volunteers took out clothing, educational supplies and games to help
replace those lost during the floods.
Regular costs include food, hygiene items induding ruby cups, rerrt and
energy costs.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended 3111212024.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation of
basis of report the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
("the Acf,).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have
