To develop a positive sustainable local community which is resilient in a world of declining natural resources.Transition Bath is facilitating the local community to create a positive future for our city in a world without cheap energy and global food production.
Objects: 3. The Charity's Objects ("the Objects") Are :(a) The Promotion Of The Conservation, Protection And Improvement Of The Natural Environment And Prudent Use Of Natural Resources For The Public Benefit Limited;(b) To Advance The Education Of The Public And To Promote Study And Research (the Useful Results Of Which Will Be Disseminated For The Public Benefit) Into Subjects Relating To:- Community And Personal Responses To Climate Change And Energy Scarcity;- Sustainable Development And The Protection, Enhancement And Rehabilitation Of The Environment;(c) The Promotion Of Sustainable Development For The Public Benefit In Particular But Not Exclusively By The Preservation, Conservation And Protection Of The Environment And The Prudent Use Of Natural Resources;[sustainable Development Means Development Which Meets The Needs Of The Present Without Compromising The Ability Of Future Generations To Meet Their Own Needs]
