As the charity's trustees, you are ￿sponSible for the preparation ofthe accounts. you consider that the
audit requir¢ment of wti¢)n 144 of the Charities Act 2011 (the Act) docs not apply* and that an
independent examinalion is required It is my responsibility to examine the accounts ullder se£tion 145
of the Act, to follow the pmcedures specified Tnthe gen¢ral Directions givenby th¢CI)arityCommission
under section 145{5Xb) of the Act, and to stat¢ wheth¢r particular matt¢rs have come to my attention.
Basis of findependeDI exAminers' Statsment
My examination w88 carried out in accordance with the g¢n¢ral Directions given by the ChaTity
Commi&8ion. An examination includ¢s a review of th¢ accounting records kept by the charity and a
comparison of the accounls presented with those records. It also includc5 consideration of any unusual
it¢ms or disdosures in the accounts and seeking explaoalions from the thistees cA)ncerning any such
matters. The procedures uDd¢rtakcn do not provide all the evidence that would be required in an audit,
and consequently no opinion is given &s to whether the accounts present a *rue and faiff view and the
report is limited to those matters set out in the statemcnt b¢low.
