**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE ASSOCIATION ARE TO:(A)  PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF THE INHABITANTS IN GREATER LONDON AND PRIMARILY THE MEMBERS OF THE YEMENI COMMUNITY WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX OR SEXUAL ORIENTATION, OR RACE OR OF POLITICAL OR RELIGIOUS OR OPINION BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS AND LOCAL AUTHORITIES VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO:(I)  ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE SAID INHABITANTS; AND(II)  PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION OR OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE.(B)  ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO MAINTAIN ANDMANAGE THE SAME IN FURTHERANCE OF THE ABOVE OBJECT.(C)  PROMOTE SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE DETERMINED.
