Life Changing Int. Ministy is a Private Company limited by guarantee. The obiects
are:
A) To promote the gospel of Jes￿ Cbrist throughout the UK and Africa
B) To promote, organise, conduct and participate in evangelical and Christian
services, programmes and meetings in places of w0￿h1p
2. Directors, Responsibilities
Company law requires the directors to prepare financial slatements for each
fmancial year which give a true and fair view of the state of affai￿ of the company
and of the profit or loss of the companj for that year. In preparing these, the
directors are required to:

your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we hal'e compiled the f]nancial

These Accounts have been prepared in accordance with the special provisions relating
to small companies within Part 15 of Companies Act and with the Financial Reporting
Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).
In the opinion of the directors the company is entitled to claim exemption from audit
under sections 475 and 477 of the Companies Act 2006. No members eligible to do so
have deposited a notice requesting an audit within the specified time frame. The
directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of
the 2006 Companies Act with respect to accounting records and for preparing
accounts which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at
the end of the financial y¢ar and of the s￿¢ of affairs of the companv as at the end of
the financial year and of its profit or loss for the fllLancial year in accordance with the
requirements of section 394 and 395 (duty to prepare individual company accounts
aTJd applicable accounting framcwork), and which otherwise comply with the

The financial statements have been prepared under the historical convention and in
accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective June 2007)

Turnover represents income from tithes. offerings and donations and recognised only when
they are received by the company.

Description of the charl￿S Trust.
The charity is governed by Trust Deeds. The charity is constttlrted by a chairperson and two trustee
members.
Trustee's selection methods;
The trustees are appointed in accordance with the policy, organisation and rules of the charity.
Members of the church who are qualified to be trustees are eligible to apply to be trustees if they
wish to be.
OBJEcfivES AND AcfiviTIES
To advance the Christian faith in accordance with the statement of beliefs in such ways and in such
parts of the United Kingdom from time to time as the trustees deem fit.
To try and purchase the church own place of worship.

SUMMARY OF ACTIVITIES
To provide sacred space for personal prayers and contemplation.
b. To conduct pastoral work including visiting the sick and bereaved.
c. To provide regular public worship in the community open to all.
d, Promoting the whole mission of the church through activities for youth, senior citizens and
special need groups.
e. To provide religio(Js material through internet.
ACHIEVEMENTS AND PERFORMANCE
The church has opened its doors to the community for Sunday, Tuesdays and Fridays. This has
enabled the youth who were at first roaming about and engaging in unsociable activities to
come and listen to the word of God. The church continues to embark on relaying the church
services on zoom and face book to some of our congregants who due to sickness cannot attend
our weekly meeting5. The church continues to support the less privilege members who could no
longer access government support transport and rent paymenL
The trustees outlined their commitment to enable as many people as possible to worship and
become part of the community in South East London.
Financial Review
The trustees have decided pay the trustee chairman minimum allowance because of the pastoral
work and plough back the reserves of the charity to enable it embark on more activities to the
community and the public.
The church donated food parcels during the lod(down period to the public and the elderly
persons in the church.
The church received Gift Aid of £16,307 from HMRC charities during the year ended 31 May
2024.
