Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main In 2023 we had two cultural events where artists from Bengal came and achievements of the charity performed and engaged the crowds. Arko came in April to perform a folk during the year event and Krosswindz a band performed in October as part of Dussehra festivals. Our religious event held in the month of October 2023, was held under normal circumstances and ran for 5 days. It incorporated traditional food cooked and served for all; promoted local artists showcasing Indian traditional dance, singing and kids art competitions. We also donated £2,956 to Srijan in India and £1,100 to the DEC Turkey – Syria Earthquake Appeal.
