"Accounting and Reporting by Charities" issued in March 2005. Objectlves and actlvltles As a charity we aim to support young people from vulnerable backgrounds. That can include living in a care home. foster home. disadvantaged or abusive homes. These young people often present with mental health issues, ASD, ADHD or severe anxiety disorders. We also support young people with physical disabilities. Our aim is help improve social skills. independence. self esteem, empathy for others and help them see a clearer path for their futures. We do this using our horses as therapy. They learn social skills, team working, responsibility as well as learning lo care and ride the horses. In addition we assist with college applications, work experience placements and job interviews. The Trustees have paid due regard lo guidance issued by the Charity Commission in deciding what activities the tharty should undertake. Aehigvements and perfomiance 2025 has been a year of remarkable progress, recognition, and growth. With new facilities, expanded services, national visibility, and continued community support, we are proud lo reflect on a year that slrenglhened every area of our organisalion. Thank you to our dedicated team, young people. volunteers, and supporters for making these achievements possible. Infrastructure, Facilities & Animals Office Expansion.. Our new ofFice-funded through dedicated granls-was successfully purchased. providing much-needed administrative space as our services continue lo grow. New Horses.. We welcomed Goldie, Monty, Dougie, and Unique into the herd, each settling beautifully into their roles. Farewells-. We said goodbye lo Dream and Dougie, who crossed the rainbow bridge this year. They will always remain part of the Team Tulsham Story, never forgotten. Electric Gales Installed.. Thanks lo funds raised by a local business. new electric gates were installed to strengthen safety and security onsite. Chickens & Coop: We introduced new chickens and a brand-new Chicken coop, enhancing our farm learning environment. New Goats.. Four new goals joined the herd. bringing even more character and Iherapeulic opportunities lo the farm. Kabota Repaired.. After 18 months out of action, our Kabola was successfully repaired and returned to daily use. 15 New Grooming Bays.. A major welfare-focused development this year was the construction of 15 new grooming bays, providing safe, calm. and comfortable areas for pony care and enhancing the wellbeing and experience of both ponies and participants. Equine & Educational Programmes Jumping Clinics.. Our new jumping clinic5 launched lo great feedback and quickly became a favourite with riders looking to build confidence and skills. Pony Camps & Summer Experiences.. Timeshare families enjoyed a lively and engaging pony camp, while our summer holiday pony experiences were fully booked and hugely popular. Free 2 B Kids Charity.. We were delighted lo welcome Free 2 B Kids over the summer, delivering meaningful equine-assisled experiences throughout their visits. Gallagher Family Fun Day.. Ponies attended Gallagher's family event, helping raise awareness of our work among new aUdien￿S. Tutsham Academy.. Continued lo btjlld wllh over 70 children through out Academy in the academic year 202415. This was up from 17 the year before. We worked with over 25 schools - up from 5 the year before. Team Tulsham's door is open lo children from a variety of backgrounds predominantly aimed at providing disadvantaged and vulnerable children with the opportunity lo learn lo ride horses and socialise with children of varying ages and backgrounds. We endeavour to be available for all children who would like to use our facilities. We believe that by working with horses at Team Tutsham Charitable Trust, children get a great opportunity lo develop variety of skills such as- Working as a team Socialising with others Develop personal responsibility Growth in emotional wellbeing Develop an understanding of Country life Open themselves lo further education within equine and agricultural courses Become more independent There is a large footfall i)f people who visit Team Tulsham from pafenls and carers, lo local riding dubs and equestrian professionals who hire the facilities for running shows and holding clinics. Team Tutsham has a fantastic reputation for ils idyllic selling and relaxed atmosphere which helps people from all backgrounds relax, feel safe and enjoy the environment.
