Th8 PCC operates through several commtttees that meet belween fvll meetings of the PCC and
prepare reports lor those full me6tings. Emergencies that arise are dealt with by the Standing
Committee whl¢h comprises the Incumbent, Churchwardens. Secretary, Treasurer, and one other
member of the PCC appointed by the PCC {in 2021-2 the Vlc8£halr).

Thls is the only committee required by law. It has power to transact the business of the PCC

There were 143 members of the Church Electoral Roll at thè ènd of December 2022. Av8rage
Sunday attendance in October 2022 was 77. Collective Worshlp for Trinity St Mary's CofE
Prlmary School took place when possibl8 gvgry Thursday in lem-timg. Other 8ervlce8,
including baptism, weddings. and funerals, were conducted in the church.

Our curate, Revd Bemi Excell ho3 presided since August 2021. On tho 301h January 2023,
Rev Jonathan MacNeaney began as the new Incumbenl.
Participation in worship has remained healthy and consistent nurnerically, whi1818eeing qUrt8
number of mernber8 moving on or dying. yet somewhat balancèd ovoroll wlth 20 new
membergjoining. There has been a good number of baptisms1231. and some children bbing
admitted for First Communion and others of all ages to Confim)ation. The mission of the
churGh has continuad to grow stéadily in its outs¥ord focus; encouraged by nurturing and actNe
lay members. partnèrships with a number of greenleco groups. breadth of music and seminar
events. dgepening relationship with our ChU￿h sthool and with the offering of ￿lce weekly
warm hubs. An attentive focus has been maintained on reviewing and strengthening our
safeguarding practices.

The PCC updated the Heallh and Safety records. including ensuring rtsk assessments were completed
in January 2020 by all users and for all aclNitioS Wfthln the Parish Church of St Mary and St John the
DlvSne. In house Safoguardlng trainhg was conducaed In 2022, audlled by the Dlocesan Safeguardlng
Officer.
