A letter as below has been sent to the Charities Commission and the external examiner explaining the delay in attaching the final report _Our CC16 a form was initially uploaded with an incorrect letter from our external examiner. An error was made in attaching the letter of appointment instead of a final report. Whilst the form CCI6a was approved, we have now realised that our full report as agreed by the AGM on 26[th] April needs to be seen and approved by the external examiner.
