Activities
We are based in Maidstone and Rochester in Kent and our members are all from the Kent area.The charity runs classes in Maidstone and Rochester once a week on Sunday on such activities as English, Farsi, cultural aspects, religion, and the Qur'an. Religious celebrations have been held for Ashura and New Year.
Objects: 1) The Advancement Of The Islamic Religion In Kent For The Publicbenefit;2) The Advancement Of Education, Including But Not Limited To Islamiceducation3) To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Kent And Thesurrounding Area The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Otherleisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilitiesby Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financialhardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public Atlarge In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improvingthe Condition Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants4) The Furtherance Of Such Other Purposes As Are Exclusively Charitableunder The Laws Of England And Wales As The Trustees Shall From Time Totime Determine.
