**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS AT LIKWENU PRIMARY SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES [NOT REQUIRED TO BE PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY] FOR EDUCATION AT THE SCHOOL.THE PREVENTION OR RELIEF OF POVERTY IN THE CHILEMA DISTRICT IN MALAWI BY PROVIDING: GRANTS, ITEMS AND SERVICES TO INDIVIDUALS IN NEED AND/OR CHARITIES, OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY.

**Activities:** The Likwenu Foundation will improve the quality of life and education for the people of Likwenu Primary School and the surrounding areas, as a means to alleviate poverty. This will be achieved by rebuilding school infrastructure and by improving education, leading to self-sufficient individuals making an increased contribution to their community.
