Activities
Impact Fitness Zone is based in the Teesside area, we teach both children and adults in health and fitness through martial arts and fitness classes. We also encourage children and adult to discuss their problems no matter their circumstances. We strive to have an ethos that everyone is included no matter their background or situation.

The Objects For Which The Company Is Established Are To Promote Any Charitablepurposes For The Benefit Of The Public, Principally But Not Exclusively In The Localgovernment Area Of Redcar And Its Environs (hereinafter Called The "area Of Benefit") Byall Or Any Of The Following Means:4.1 The Promotion Of Community Participation In Healthy Recreation.4.2 To Provide Facilities And Instruction For Amateur Sport, Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation In The Interests Of Physical And Social Welfare With The Object Of Improving Their Conditions Of Life.4.3 The Promotion, Organisation And Facilitation Of Co-Operation And Partnership Working Between Third Sector, Statutory And Other Relevant Bodies In The Achievement Of The Above Purposes Within The Area Of Benefit.
