I report to the Trustees of the Charity IReg-No- 11393S61 on my examination of the accounts
for the year ended 31 December 2023 which are set out on the next two p3ge5.
Responsibilities and basis of report
As the charity's Trustees you are responsible for the preparation of the accounts. You consider
that an audit is not required this year under settion 144121 of the Charities Act 20111"the Act")
and that an independent examination is sufficient.
It is my resporssibility to report in respect of my examination of the Charity's accounts carried
out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and, in carrying out my examination. I have followed ail
the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under sertion 14515llbl of the Act

I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material rnatters have come to my
attention in connection with the examination which 8ive5 me cause to believe that in any
