School Fund Account 2024/25 – Auditor’s Report 

School fund is audited . As mentioned previously - in the future to protect yourselves and to protect anyone who has received any payment from the school fund account 

1 - no payment is to be made for anything that does not have a receipt 

- 2- all receipts must be attached to a summary breakdown that totals the amount paid 

- 3- receipts made to L Long - the cheque/payment not be signed by LL 

Please make this noted on your Governing Board minutes. I am happy to audit the 2025/6 audit but will need to see the back up for payments made, not just the summary excel document/bank statements. This will ensure that if you get audited by county all the requirements will be met.
