Scholarships Fund ('the charity.) for thc year ended 5 April 2024 wbich compTise the
summary of receipts and payments and the stst¢m¢nt of assets atLd liabilities.
This report is made solely to thc charity's tr￿lee$, as a body. in accordance with section 145
of the Charilies Act 2011. My work has been undertaken so that I might stat¢ to thc charity's
trustees those matters l am required to statc to them in this report aDd for no other PUEPOSe.

Responsibilities and basis of report
As the tNslces of the charity you arc rc5ponsible for the prq)aration of the aCCOUDts in
accordance with the requireTnents of the Charities Act 2011 ('thc Act.).
I report in respeci of my exatnination of the charity's accounts carried out under section 145
of the Act and in carrying out my examination I have followed all thc applicable Directions
given by the Charity Commission under section 145(iXb) of the Act.
An independent exaJnination diKs not involve gathering all the evidence that would be
required in an audit and consequently does not coN'cr all the mitters that aTh auditor consid¢rs
in givin(F their opinion on the accounts. The planning and conduct of all audit goes beyond the
limited assurance that an indepcndcnt examination provid¢. Consequently? I cxprcss no
audit opinion on the accounts and my report is iimitcd to those specifi¢ ￿att¢r5 set out iti the
indtpclldcnt examin¢r's stat¢mcnt.
