To further the religious and other charitable work of the Gurdwara Sahib Leamington Spa and Warwick, to relieve, in cases of need, the hardship or distress of persons resident in Warwick and Leamington Spa or in the county of Warwickshire, to relieve financial need, hardship or distress of persons in any part of the world as a result of national or international disaster.

Objects: 3.1 To Further The Religious And Other Charitable Work Of The Gurdwara Sahib Leamington Spa And Warwick (The ¶Gurdwara Sahib÷) And/or The Congregation Meeting For Religious Worship At The Gurdwara Sahib For The Benefit Of The Public Through Financial Or Such Other Support Or Means As The Trustees Shall In Their Absolute Discretion From Time To Time Decide;3.1 To Relieve, In Cases Of Need, The Hardship Or Distress Of Persons Who Are Resident In The Towns Of Warwick And Leamington Spa And/or In The County Warwickshire, Or Otherwise Are Regular Worshippers At The Gurdwara Sahib, Through Financial Or Such Other Support Or Means As The Trustees Shall In Their Absolute Discretion From Time To Time Decided;3.3 To Promote Good Race Interfaith Relations Between Communities In The Towns Of Warwick And Leamington Spa And/or In The County Of Warwickshire By Endeavouring To Eliminate Discrimination On Grounds Of Face Or Religion And Encouraging Equality Of Opportunity Between Persons Of Different Racial And Religious Groups Or Backgrounds;3.4 To Promote Community Participation In Healthy Recreation By The Provision Of Facilities For Sports For The Benefit Of Persons Who Are Resident In The Towns Of Warwick And Leamington Spa And/or In The County Of Warwickshire, Or Otherwise Are Regular Worshippers At The Gurdwara Sahib;3.5 Such Or Any Other Charitable Purposes For The General Benefit Of Persons Who Are Resident In The Towns Or Warwick And Leamington Spa And/or In The County Of Warwickshire As The Trustees Shall In Their Absolute Discretion Think Fit.
