**Objects:** 1) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, TO ENHANCE THE MENTAL HEALTH OF, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE, IN PARTICULAR IN CAMBRIDGESHIRE AND SURROUNDING AREAS, THROUGH COUNSELLING, SUPPORT AND THERAPEUTIC USE OF THE ARTS; AND2) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, TO SUPPORT SCHOOLS AND OTHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS, IN PARTICULAR IN CAMBRIDGESHIRE AND SURROUNDING AREAS, IN ADDRESSING THE MENTAL HEALTH NEEDS OF, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, DISADVANTAGED CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE APPROPRIATELY.

**Activities:** Blue Smile provides counselling and therapy for pupils in Cambridgeshire schools between the ages of 3 and 13 during a critical window of opportunity for change. The service is designed to complement each school's pastoral provision and to deliver the kind of specialist early intervention which prevents longer-term emotional and behavioural problems
