**Objects:** 1) FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF THE COUNTY OF HAMPSHIRE, THE DIOCESE OF WINCHESTER AND THE PARISH OF ST MARY'S, ABBOTTS ANN, TO PRESERVE ALTER OR ADAPT THE CHURCH OF ST MARY'S, ABBOTTS ANN ("THE CHURCH") IN THE DIOCESE OF WINCHESTER, HAMPSHIRE AND THE MONUMENTS, FITTINGS, FIXTURES, STAINED GLASS, FURNITURE, ORNAMENTS AND CHATTELS IN THE CHURCH AND OF THE CHURCHYARD BELONGING TO THE CHURCH;2) IN THE EVENT  OF THE CHURCH BEING DECLARED REDUNDANT BY A PASTORAL SCHEME MADE UNDER THE PASTORAL MEASURE 1983 (OR ANY STATUTORY MODIFICATION OR RE-ENACTMENT THEREOF) OR OTHERWISE CEASING TO BE USED REGULARLY FOR PUBLIC WORSHIP, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PEOPLE OF THE COUNTY OF HAMPSHIRE AND THE DIOCESE TO PRESERVE, REPAIR, MAINTAIN, ALTER, ADAPT, REFURBISH AND RECONSTRUCT THE CHURCH AS A BUILDING OF HISTORICAL IMPORTANCE OR ARCHITECTURAL VALUE AND THE MONUMENTS FITTINGS FIXTURES STAINED GLASS FURNITURE ORNAMENTS AND CHATTELS IN THE CHURCH AND THE CHURCHYARD BELONGING TO THE CHURCH.
