**Objects:** THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC, TO RELIEVE THE SUFFERING OF CATS AND KITTENS IN THE LEEDS AREA.  OUR MAIN AIM IS TO NEUTER AS MANY CATS THAT OUR FUNDS WILL ALLOW, AND TO SUPPORT THE VULNERABLE RESCUED CATS IN OUR LONG TERM CARE

**Activities:** The Charity?s objects are for the benefit of the public, to relieve the suffering of cats and kittens in need of care and attention, and in particular to provide and maintain foster spaces or other facilities, for the care and treatment of such cats and kittens until such a time that they can be found safe, secure and loving permanent homes.
