The financial statements comply with the Charities Act 2011, the Companies Act 2006 and
the Accounting and Reporting by Charities, Slatement of Recommended Practice {SORP)
applicable lo charilies preparing their accounls in accord8nce with the Financial Reporting
Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland IFRS 1021 {effocliv& 1 January 2015)-

The Charily trustees are responsible for preparing the Trustees, Annual report and the
financial slatemenls in accordance with the applicable law and United Kingdom Aceounling
Standards (United Kingdom Generally Accepted Accounting Practice).
Law applicable to Gharities in England and Wales requires the Trustees to prepare the
Tr￿SteeS Annual Report and financial Statements for each finanaal year which give a true
and fair view of the charily's financial aclivilies during the year and of ils financial position al
the end of the year. In preparlng financial statements the trustees are required to-

Select suitable accounting policies and then apply them consistently.
Obselve Ihe methods and principles in the Charities SORP.
Make judgements and eslim81es thal are reasonable and prudent.
Stale whether applicable accounting standards have been followed, subjecl lo any
material departuros and explained in the financial statements.
Prepare the financial slalements on the golng ¢oncem basis unlèss it is inappropriate
lo presume Ihat the charity will continue in operation.

accuiaoy the financial position of the charity, and which en8ble them lo ensure that the
