**Objects:** TO FURTHER OR BENEFIT THE RESIDENTS OF ROYSTON AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID RESIDENTS AND LOCAL VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATION IN A COMMON EFFORT TO SUPPORT COMMUNITY ORGANISATION IN SUPPORT OF THEIR AIMS FOR EDUCATION, SOCIAL WELFARE, RECREATION, AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECTIVE OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE RESIDENTS.

**Activities:** Local organisations will be invited to apply for grants for projects within Royston.  Committee members will decide if the application is eligible i.e. will further or benefit the residents of Royston and neighbourhood.  The grants will be presented at the Annual Town Meeting in March.  The Mayor will make donations to his chosen organisations/charities.
