Para 1.20 Having come through the global pandemic, we were
able to perform our first show since November 2019,
performing ‘Rent’ at the Blakehay Theatre in March
2022.
We then went on to perform ‘Bad Girls’ also at the
Blakehay in November 2022.
We ran various fundraising events through the year
culminating with our Christmas Fayre in December –
this was a big community event with local stall
holders and our ‘Grinch Grotto’ proved to be hugely
popular with the local children and their families.
We also organised several social events to include
social members as well as current performing
members to promote continuity between our
membership.
In an effort to protect our financial stability, the
decision was made to locate our rehearsals to a
more cost effective venue.
