**Objects:** (I) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT BY UNDERTAKING MEDICAL RESEARCH INCONNECTION WITH FERTILITY PRESERVATION AND RESTORATION WITHIN WOMEN AND THEDISSEMINATION OF THE USEFUL RESULTS OF SUCH RESEARCH AND(II) TO RELIEVE THE NEEDS OF PERSONS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM INFERTILITY THROUGH THEPROVISION OF INFORMATION, ADVICE, SUPPORT AND OTHER ASSISTANCE, AND(III) SUCH OTHER CHARITABLE OBJECTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
