Th6 Pwochial Church Council (PCCI is a body corporatè and operates under the Parochial Church
Coundls (Pow8rs) measure 1956 and the chU￿h Repre$entstion Rules. The PCC Is a charity
registered wtth the Charity Commisslon on the 22n(i Decembér 2010. Iclwlty registrallon number
1138521).
The m8tht)d of appointment of PCC members is set out in the ChLwch Representatlon Rules. All
Church atter#Jees are encouraged to register on the Electoral Roll and stand for 818th.on to the
pcc.
Th8 PCC are ￿sponsible for maklng decislons on all matters of general c(mc8m and Importance 10
the parish, Ind￿lIng deciding on how funds of the PCC are to be SP8

The PCC has the responslbllity of COTroperatlng wllh the Incumbgnt In promotiig the mission of the
church - pastoral, evangelistic. sorial and ecumenir*l. tt also has maintenance responsibilibes for
the Church of Sl Paul's.

The charfvs trustees are responsible for the preparauon of the accounts. The chariV8
trustees cOn￿der that an audit Is not requlred for this year under section 144 ofthe
Charities Act 2011 (the Charftles Acl} and that an independent examinatrjn Is needed.

pald to Lsfflda BroMI. Other than reimburBement for items purthased on behalf of Ihe
