income from non-DFE sgurces and by reducing the staff headcount by one. They approved a budget
for 2516 which will al least break even. They have continued lo closely monitor costs. The eash
balance at the end of January 2026 was improved compared to the prior year, and they continue to
monitor costs régularly to ensLJre that SWMS is on a sustainable financial footinq. Following these
actions. the Iruslees bèlieve that it is appropriate lo prepare the financial slalemènls on a £Joing

recognised until either those condition5 are fully met. or the fuifilmenl of those conditions is wholly
within the control of the charity and it is probable that these eondilions will be fulfilled in the reporting
period.

able lo collect all amounts due according to the origin81 temis of the receivables.
