The main rontributor to income of the Charity in previous years has been the activities of the Graharn Gooch

FoUndt4tio￿ Totsj srants and donatiorL% made by the Fourthtion total ll Jll,154 at 31 Decemt*r 2021.

In 2021 the Fourdation Continued ￿ piay a key part in the development of ptO8rammes across the county that
linked into the aub'5 values of Excite. Enga8e and ED1W￿e, the key fcrus areas for the work the
Foundation support links in the following key areas, Mental and Physical Hea]th. Community Cohesion and
Educatton/Employabihty.
Mental & Physical Health
The Foundation sUPPOrt has enabled us to Djn a~One hit to another Hit- Rehab pro8ramme where arowid 20
individuats have been engaged via developin8 leAdeTship. safe8uardin8 and first aid sk]lls to help develop
confidence in their rehabilitation. One fftndividtsal now volunteers 6 days a week on different cricket
pro8ramme>
The Foundation has also supported the sekng up of WaEkTng &Rcket huE6 aTound the county with over SQ
senioT Community Te5idents now able to b￿ak down isolation and lack ol physical aCti￿ty with weekly 51xial
cricket sessiofL5. ThLS rK)w kn ]irLked up Sporting Mernories f(Kus on developing support around
1501ation and dementia. The projert SUPPOrts weekly cof(* mornin85 encourag￿lg people to meet and Sha￿ life
experiences.
Community Cohesion

from these areas the Foundation is supportin8 commuDity programs that help to develop cmtins conununity
cohesxon across Gender. DiveT5ity ard Age. These range from mefttorin8 days to smaJI group activation and
development. ThewoTk has started to see us link up other stakeholders Using the Simple form of Tape BalI
cricket to brins the cojnmunities 108ether. As weu as this. the Foundation also supp)rts a Dtsmber of couttty
wide competitions that bring people together from across the county to enjoy the Eenefi"t that cricket can have.
In 2021 we had around 2CO) partiapants. The Foundation has aLso suppoIted the Desi Women programme that
has helped inspi￿. train and engage oveT 300 frts￿ Ethnic minority groups. The Foundaiion has
5upp)rted the programme by supporting cornmunity cejebrntions and festival5.
Education and Employability
In 2021 the Foundation again supE￿r￿d the development of Womert and Girl's cricket this was vÈa $upportiti8
the running of the county pro￿ainS acrw the county with over 150 giTJs engaged and with one of the
beneficiaries goimg on to play foT England in 2018. The Foundation a150 supported over IS￿ girls engaged i
Gtrl Guide badg¢s and the delivery of uicket in ￿0ndary schoo]s to over 30 sth¢Jo]s that lead to a World Cup
tape ball fin81 on Hatnault Tec Èn LondoTh The FouTtdation is also 4 key supporter in the development of ability
icke* helpin8 ￿ to not only run a club and county pro8ram with around 500 participants but also support in
the training opportunities for participaTIts with coaching and other lrfe 5kiU qualifications.
The Foundatton i5 also a key supporter of the county Academy helpAng it of the leading countie5 foI
the developn)ent of players linking into the club5 %￿der home grown philosophy, the iole of the Foundation is
key irt the availability of the Education support offI￿E for the players a5 they transition thTough the age groups
not only ym terms of Cricket buttheir own Ed￿ationa] into Employment pathway irx).
Total income for the year was £274J21 12020.. £39.677) and after deducting charitable donations and chan.ty
