the Charity is involved in raising grants to start in early 2013 to start the football field installation and also a MUGA hopefully - it has not been easy raising the money required but we now have a grant from Sport England to beginthe development

Objects: The Charity's Objects (The Objects) Are To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Brassington And The Surrounding Area The Provision Of A Recreational Facility For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such A Facility By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants.in Furtherance Of These Objects But Not Otherwise, The Trustees Shall Have Power To Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of A Recreational Facility And To Maintain Or Mange Or Cooperate With Any Statutory Authority In The Maintenance And Management Of Such A Facility In Furtherance Of The Above Objects.
