Section C Objectives and activities New Great Hollands Community Association (NGHCA) manage and runs Great Hollands Community Association (GHCC) for the benefit of the Summary of the objects of the local community and residents. As well as providing resources to charity set out in its governing advance education, build community cohesion and provide facilities in document the interests of social welfare for recreation and leisure. NGHCA aims to improve the conditions of life for the residents of Great Hollands. NGHCA is committed to enabling as many people as possible to make use of and benefit from the community centre, which the NGHCA manage and maintain on behalf of Bracknell Forest Council. NGHCA fulfils these obligations through hiring the community centre to regular hirers who provide classes of a leisure, fitness and educational purpose. These classes are open to the whole community.

Achievements and performance
The groups that have used the community centre for the whole year are Church of Pentecost, Great Hollands Free Church, Slimming World, Boxing Club, Yoga, Dog Training, Parenting Special Children, Craft Club, Art Group, Mother & Toddler, Bracknell Active Retired Association, Bracknell Forest Council Age UK Tai Chi, Youth Club (run by Berkshire Youth Services) and Share Food Bank. Awarm hub was started in October 2022 and still continues today. Youth Club has also started to run sessions during school holidays. Some extra sessions have been run during term time. There have been some Cultural and Festive Cooking Demonstrations Sponsored by ABRI for the benefit of the general community. The Committee is also running Quarterly Quiz Nights. We are still producing and delivering the quarterly Great Holland Matters Newsletter to every house in the Great Hollands Community. In November 2025 we held an Annual General Meeting at which the Local Police Force attended and gave a talk on how they increasing their attendance in the local areas to try and stop unsocialable behaviour.

Candice Wright Community Development Officer again explained her position at Bracknell Forest Council and how she was able to assist the running of the Community Centres. She answered questions from the gathered audience.
The expected talk by the South East Director of Abri Housing Association of Abri did not take place. The Chair gave an update on the current situation re repairs, renovations of the Abri housing stock and also gave an |update on proposed new parking bays.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/05/2025.
Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
