**Objects:** PRIMARY OBJECT. TO ASSIST IN THE PRESERVATION, RESTORATION, REPAIR, MAINTENANCE, IMPROVEMENT AND BEAUTIFICATION OF THE PROPERTIES OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF ALL SAINTS', BRAUNSTON IN THE DIOCESE OF PETERBOROUGH (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE CHURCH") . THESE CHURCH PROPERTIES INCLUDE THE CHURCH ITSELF AS WELL AS ITS CHURCHYARD AND ANY OTHER BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND PROPERTIES WHICH ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PAROCHIAL CHURCH COUNCIL OF THE PARISH OF ALL SAINTS' (INCLUDING BUT NOT BY WAY OF LIMITATION ANY BOUNDARIES, PATHS, ACCESSES, FENCES AND WALLS) AND THE MONUMENTS, FITTINGS, FIXTURES, STAINED GLASS, FURNITURE, ORNAMENTS AND CHATTELS OF THE CHURCH.

**Activities:** To assist in the preservation of the properties of the Parish Church of All Saints' Braunston, Northants with a view to providing the village with a place for concerts and similar events as well as worship.To preserve the architectural heritage of the building and keep the surrounding land in an attractive state for the enjoyment of present and future generations.
