**Activities:** Disseminating information on health awareness campaigns, facilitating a weekly Fruit and Veg stall,  training, volunteer opoortunities. We offer activities as crazy golf, group lunches, ten pin bowling, cooking sessions, group walks in local Park and the nearby village and an over 50's craft club to help improve health.
