**Objects:** THE OBJECTS OF THE CHARITY ARE:A) TO RELIEVE THE EMOTIONAL, PSYCHOLOGICAL AND/OR PHYSICAL DISTRESS OF WOMEN AND GIRLS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED SEXUAL VIOLENCE AT ANY TIME IN THEIR LIVES;B) TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE NATURE OF SEXUAL VIOLENCE AND ITS IMPACT ON WOMEN AND GIRLS IN PARTICULAR BY OFFERING TRAINING AND CONDUCTING RESEARCH AND DISSEMINATING THE USEFUL RESULTS OF THAT RESEARCH.

**Activities:** Provision of direct support services to female survivors of sexual violence aged 13 and over who live in Tyneside or Northumberland. The direct services we provide include counselling, group work, helpline, email support and practical/emotional support.Provision of specialist training, workshops and talks to local professionals and the wider public to raise awareness about our work.
