During ?0?4, Catzcro delivered its progrdmmes to individuals and families in three of the four local authorities in thc
Humber Region.. Hull, Easi Riding of YorkshiTC. and North East Lincolnshire. Throughoul mosi of the year, we
einployed 16 fv11_time staff members and engaged approximately 60 voluntecrs to hclp deliver our charitable wod(.
A significan( organisational change occurred in June ?024 wilh the appoinrmeni of Adrian Tallon as Chief Executive
oiri¢er, following the retirement of Dave Bertholini

Our full faniilies programme engaged with 38 families across the region. benefitting 189 individuals. Many of these
families r¢main in active support, with 33 families demonsLraiing signtficant progress against their actions plans,
including increased school anendan¢e, imwoved hvalth and wellbeing, and stronger faTnily relationships. As an
additional benefit Our delivery team have also delivered The Solihull Approach to enhance menial hcalih and wellbeing
for both parents and children.
The Full Families programmes are primarily funded by the Naiional Lottery Community Fund, with ihe Grimsby

T1￿ce short scafwd clnployability progratnmes were delivered in partnership with Made Great in Grirn5by and witii
support from the scafood seclor in North Easi Lincolnshi￿. These inieIisiv¢ three-day progrdmmes supported 24
individuals to build confidence and improve their job search and interview skills.
ChildreD in Need - Holida
AIAgned ivith our Full Families worL this programme engaged children aged 10-12 yearb from the laniilies we engage
witl). This age range enables us to focus on the trdnsition ben¥een primary and secondary school, a key point of tension
for children and faniilies. Nineteen children took part and bcncfiicd frorn buildiv)g and other activities during the
school holidays which saw them develop friendships, de¢r¢ase anxieties, buTld confidcncc, with most increasing school
attcndance a5 a result. Fifteen of the 19 ffw)rted feeling more empowered to make posilive life choiccs. reporting
improved mental. physical. emotional wellbeing. and rep)rting wsitive self-belief, confidence and iesilience. Piivale
counselling was also offered as part of this programme.
Veterans
The 2024 veterans programme included three land-b&sed rcsidentials (two in East Yorkshire and one in the Peak
Disirici}. alongside an 8-day sailing voyage. Working in collabordtion with other support agencies. Caizero helped
ex-servicc peTsonnel address challenges thai were hindering their transition inlo civilian life.

A core componenr of all our progrnmme4 sailing remains centrdl ts) delivering petsonal change. 111 2024, we delivered
I l O sailing days-15 more than in 2023. We facilithted voyages ranging from 4-hour taster sails to 10-day residentials,
involving 394 tndividuals.
