**Objects:** (1) THE PREVENTION AND RELIEF OF POVERTY AND THE PROMOTION AND PROTECTION OF THE PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF CHILDREN IN NEED, IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY ORPHANED OR DISABLED CHILDREN AND CHILDREN WITH CEREBRAL PALSY IN UKRAINE, BELARUS AND RUSSIA (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) OR CHILDREN WITH AT LEAST ONE PARENT FROM THE AREA OF BENEFIT BY PROVIDING GRANTS,ITEMS AND SERVICES BY DIRECT MEANS OR TO CHARITIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS WORKING TO PREVENT OR RELIEVE POVERTY AND PROMOTE GOOD HEALTH AND BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF CREATIVITY SKILLS REHABILITATION EDUCATION AND TRAINING; AND (2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC, RELATING TO AND IN THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN ALLAREAS RELATING TO DISABILITY, IN ORDER TO ACHIEVE SOCIAL ACCEPTANCE OF PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES.

**Activities:** We ascertain requirements and raise funds, send equipment and assistance to disabled children and their families affected by the Chernobyl disaster. Assistance is through certified charities. We encourage creative activities to increase self confidence. The long term aim is to promote societal acceptance of disability.
