**Objects:** THE COMPANY IS ESTABLISHED TO PROVIDE AND/OR ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF CHILDCARE AND EDUCATIONAL SERVICES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY, IN PARTICULAR (WITHOUT LIMITATION) OUT OF SCHOOL CARE SERVICES IN THE AREA OF EASTFIELD AND WESTFIELD SCHOOLS.

**Activities:** Club4U Ltd provides childcare for children aged 2 yrs 7 months - 11 yrs. Club4U Playgroup is open to all local families. The Out of School & Holiday Club is open to children who attend Eastfield & Westfield schools. Club4U Ltd is wholly independent funded by parental fees and funding grants paid in respect of eligible children, OFSTED registered and a member of the Pre-School Learning Alliance.
