**Activities:** Monthly Patient Education forums with speakers at Cranbrook Centre.Self-help groups, Disease management courses, assisted gardening at a raised bed allotment, various workshops.Regular Zoom sessions during the pandemic and uploaded to our YouTube channel.  Weekly newsletter - emailed and uploaded to our website.All activity details available on the website.
