Ti has been a busv vear for Rett UK and a success￿1 one. The external environment continues to be challcnging. with ihe
c(1st-of-living cri%is ¥olioM'jnu hard on the heels of the pandernic, puttino more strain on Reti families H,hile also makinu it
harder for charity to raise funds to support them. Internally the oraanisation has a150 faced chall¢nges wirh several chanues
in peTsonnei both within the Board and ihe siaff ieam. Despiie all of this, R¢n UK has continued 10 maintain and even
expand the support provided to Rett families this veat. This Ès a compliment to the hard-work and expertise of Rob
Adamek and the whole team of slaff and volunteers thaÉ keep5 Rett UK ticking alon
