To advance the education and relieve the financial hardship of the people
living in Kanya, Uganda, South Sudan. and other countries in Africa and
elsewhere.

The activities undertaken by KajoKeji Educational Trust include.
the provision of uji (porridge) feeding programmes in two schools
in Kenya, on a daily basis to approximately 1000 children each
day.,
apprentice training schemes for displaced, unemployed or
refugee young people in South Sudan.,
the provision of additional teachers and teacher training;
sponsorship of education and living costs of orphan children in
South Sudan, Kenya and Uganda and other families unable
otherwise to afford to go to school.
Training for the project manager based in Tiwi.
As funds allow school building programmes in Kenya and South
Sudan, to date comprising five new primary schools, and the
major enlargement of one secondary school.,
As funds allow the installation of deep water bore-holes in South
Sudan and Kenya,,

achievements of the charity
during the year
During 2023-2024, KajoKeji Educational Trust has:
provided uji (porridge) feeding programmes throughout the year at
Mwadinda and Mwachema schools, feeding approximately 1000
children every day that the schools were open.
SLJPPOrted tha 8ducation and living costs of certain orphan
children in Uganda and South Sudan;
Continued to supported the project manager to undertake a
Degree following successful completion of his Diploma in
Community Development and Couns811ing which will furtyet
support his work for KKET.
Paid for lodging fees for a student in Kenya undertaking a degree

I report to the trustees on rny examination of the accounts of the above
charity ("the Trust") for the year ended
Responsibilities and
basis of report
As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the
accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011
{"the Act").
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust's accounts carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I
have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission
under section 145{5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have
examiner's statement come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than that
disclosed below '} which gives me cause to believe that in, any material
respect..
the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130
of the Charities Act., or
the accounts did not accord wilh the accounting records. or
the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements
concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities
(Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 olher than any requirement
that the accounts give a 'lrue and fair, view which is not a matter
considered as part of an independent examination.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection
with the examination to which attention shou5d be drawn in this report in
order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be reached.
