**Activities:** Disability Help Me (DHM) is a charity which enables people with disabilities, health, economic and social needs in UK & Africa  especially E.Africa to achieve more from life and encourages others to change negative perception towards disabilities. DHM's services include education and facilitation, provision of accommodation and household facilities, health support & general charitable purposes.
