Nigel Stephenson 4 Acer Croft Armthorpe Doncaster DN3 3UF

30[th] July 2025

Dear Nigel

As discussed at the Finance sub committee meeting on 17[th] July this letter confirms the holding position in relation to the audit of the accounts for Hatfield Town Cricket Club for 2023/24.

The accountant has verbally confirmed to the Club Chairman, Gareth Collett, that the audit has been completed and that they are a true and fair view of the accounts for the financial period 2023/24.

We are awaiting the final audit report and I will ensure this is forwarded on for the Charity Commission Audit as soon as it is received.

Yours faithfully,

Michelle Young Club Secretary
