**Objects:** TO RELIEVE SICKNESS AND TO PROMOTE GOOD PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH, PRIMARILY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, IN THE RURAL COMMUNITY OF LINCOLNSHIRE AND TO PROVIDE EDUCATION, INFORMATION, GUIDANCE AND TRAINING FOR PERSONS WHO HAVE NEED OF SUCH FACILITIES BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY OR DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES.

**Activities:** The Charity organises a group of volunteers and staff to give support to individuals who are finding difficulty in coping with stressful situations in rural lincolnshire, provides a Health Screening service in Louth and Newark livestock markets and operates a telephone helpline.
