THE CHARITY WILL HAVE A WIDE DISCRETION ON THE ASSISTANCE GIVEN WITHOUT LIMITATION OF DEFINITION WILL INCLUDE, HOUSING,FOOD,CLOTHING AND MEDICAL OR OTHER CARE TO HELP IMPROVE THE HEALTH AND WELFARE GENERALLY OF SUCH PERSONS
