**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLYTHEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS ("THE OBJECTS") IN LANCASHIRE ("THE AREA OFBENEFIT"):-(A) TO PRESERVE AND PROMOTE THE GOOD HEALTH AND IN PARTICULAR THEPHYSICAL, SEXUAL AND MENTAL HEALTH OF PERSON WHO ARE LESBIAN, GAY,BISEXUAL AND TRANSGENDERED (LGBT), INCLUDING THOSE PERSONS IN DOUBTABOUT THEIR SEXUAL IDENTITY, THEIR FAMILY AND FRIENDS (HEREINAFTERREFERRED TO AS 'THE BENEFICIARIES') THROUGH THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION,ADVICE, GUIDANCE AND EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES;(B) TO PROVIDE FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION FORTHOSE BENEFICIARIES WHO HAVE NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE,DISABILITY, SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE OBJECT OFIMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE SAID BENEFICIARIES;(C) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN LGBT HISTORY,CULTURE AND LIFESTYLE;(D) TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A CENTRE AND TO MAINTAINAND MANAGE, OR TO COOPERATE WITH ANY LOCAL STATUTORY AUTHORITY IN THEMAINTENANCE AND MANAGEMENT OF SUCH A CENTRE FOR ACTIVITIESPROMOTED BY THE CHARITY IN FURTHERANCE OF ITS OBJECTS.
