However. during Covid lockdowns many of these events were cancelled. Most inveslments are held within CCLA including the Permanent Endowment as required by Air Command. Where guidelines have been allowed. the mess has provided leaving gtlts. a take-away coffee service, newspapers and improvements to the rooms within their remit. With I(￿kdOWn extended the mess reduced the daily SLbbs to all members to offset the committee not being able lo offer a normal service, including fomial functions. This reduction in daily subs meant the committee were still able to meet its financial commitments. During this FY the charity made more investments in CCLA. To this end, the mess has exceeded the budget set by the financial plan.
